Welcome to Friendstrack. These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile platform Friendstrack (the "Application") and the website www.friendstrack.in (collectively the "Platform") owned and operated by Friendstrack Services Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
1. Introduction & Acceptance
By accessing or using our Platform or taxi booking Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Service Areas: We currently provide taxi booking and drop taxi services in Pattukkottai, Trichy, Madurai, and Coimbatore.
Booking ID: A booking ID will be sent via email/SMS. Producing this ID to the driver is mandatory to avail services.
2. Your Account & Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of contracting.
You may book via the app, website, or phone (+91 9597242700). Telephonic bookings are also subject to these Terms.
Use of third-party logins (Google/Facebook) is subject to their respective terms.
3. Booking, Pricing & Payments
Distance Calculation: Start/end distance is calculated from your pickup location. Intercity distances shown are approximate.
Inclusions/Exclusions: Parking, toll, state taxes, entry fees, driver allowance, night charges (10 PM–6 AM), and hill charges are payable by you.
AC Usage: Car air-conditioner will not work on hilly routes or when the vehicle is not in motion.
Amendments: Requests for changes (cab type, route) must be made 10 hours before pickup. No changes within 10 hours.
Waiting Charges: You are liable for waiting charges if delayed beyond 15 minutes from scheduled pickup.
Payment: Cash to driver or online payment methods available.
4. Outstation & Local Travel Rules
All bookings are on a calendar day basis (midnight to midnight).
Cabs booked for outstation (One-way, Round trip, Multicity) cannot be used for local travel at the destination city.
If you need to amend a trip (e.g., One-way to Round trip) while traveling, you must call 9597242700. Approval is at our sole discretion, and any difference in fare must be paid immediately in cash to the driver.
5. Luggage Policy
You agree to the following maximum luggage limits. Excess luggage charges are at the driver’s discretion.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation: Up to 1 hour before pickup.
Cancellation fee: If the taxi has already arrived at your location, Rs. 300 must be paid to the driver.
No-show by customer: Full driver allowance charged.
No-show by Fleet Partner: If the cab does not show up, we will attempt to provide an alternative immediately. We are not liable for hotel, flight, or other monetary expenses incurred by you due to the no-show.
7. Driver Verification & Misconduct
All drivers have produced a police verification letter attested by the local station office.
If a driver misbehaves: Report immediately to 9597242700 with your Booking ID.
While we will attempt to resolve disputes, we cannot guarantee remedy for all losses.
The driver has the right to refuse service if you are intoxicated, abusive, or carrying illegal items.
8. Limitation of Liability
Friendstrack is not liable for:
Delays due to traffic jams or reasons beyond the driver's reasonable control.
Loss, damage, or physical injury suffered while availing Services.
Misconduct or derogatory behavior of the driver (though we will investigate).
Force majeure events (acts of god, war, natural disasters, strikes).
9. Intellectual Property
The Platform content (photographs, text, graphics, logos, software) is the exclusive property of Friendstrack Services Private Limited.
You may not data-mine, reverse engineer, or extract any substantial part of the Platform without our written consent.
10. Vouchers & Offers
Vouchers are redeemable only once and only for the specific Services mentioned.
No cash refund or credit for the difference between voucher value and actual service value.
Commercial trade or reproduction of a voucher is prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Pattukkottai before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration proceedings shall be in English, and the award shall be final.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
